Pubg License Agreement
This agreement is the complete agreement between you and PUBG Corp. regarding the license and your rights to use the gaming software and replaces all prior agreements and insurances, guarantees or agreements between you and PUBG Corp. (negligently or innocently, but to the exclusion of those that have been rendered ruthlessly), with respect to the same purpose. If, for any reason, a provision of this agreement is deemed unenforceable, this provision will be reformed only to the extent necessary to make it applicable, and the other provisions of that agreement will remain fully in force and will not be affected. PUBG Corp. reserves the right to amend this Agreement at its sole discretion, but will publish these changes pubg.dmm.com/ on the website and/or communicate these changes via DMM GAMES. If such future changes to this Agreement are unacceptable to you or lead you to no longer comply with this agreement, you may terminate this agreement in accordance with the termination provisions above. The installation and use of game software updates or changes or your continued use of the game software after notification of changes made to this Agreement represent your consent to any changes made to this Agreement. Gambling software is protected by the Republic of Korea`s copyright laws, international copyright treaties and conventions, Korean and common law laws and other laws. All rights are reserved all over the world. The game software contains certain materials that have been licensed by PUBG Corp. by others, and licensees from PUBG Corp. and PUBG Corp.
may protect their rights in the event of a violation of this Agreement.
