Any loan application for an exhibition should be received with a minimum of twelve calendar months in order to have sufficient time to plan and prepare the loan. The library reserves the right to refuse the loan of photosensitive or fragile works to travelling exhibitions. A loan of materials from the National History Collection or other collectibles belonging to the museum or in the care of the museum to another institution, usually for public exhibition purposes.
