Similarly, UNESCO will ensure that, in accordance with its policy, the selected partner is able to obtain financial or in-kind benefits. The partner`s financial or in-kind contribution is indicated in the budget proposal. No overheads in the form of administrative or service charges are accepted (direct budgeting on the basis of activities). UNESCO requires partners, bidders and their subcontractors to adhere to the highest moral and ethical standards in implementing the partnership agreement and not to adopt corrupt and fraud practices. Our members have many positive effects on the ecosystems on which their business depends and create resilient and regenerative business models. We believe that insetting is a way for companies to simultaneously cope with climate and natural crises. Note: UNESCO reserves the right not to fund proposals arising from this call for partnerships. Depending on the value and context of the implementation partners` agreement, the final financial report must be reviewed by the partner`s external auditor. The audit requirement is confirmed during the development of the work plan and the review of the contract. The GPE3 grant for Cambodia consists of two components: a $14.4 million „fixed part” managed and co-financed by UNESCO as a grant agent (Par CapEd), and a $6.2 million „variable part” with UNICEF as a grant agent. The two parts of GPE3 will be complementary to achieve effective results.
