Golf Membership Agreement
This agreement becomes mandatory if one or more counterparties are signed individually or jointly by the parties. This agreement can be executed in return and can be executed by electronic signature, including acceptance by clicking „I agree” or „I agree” or „I agree” or otherwise, and if so, an initial agreement duly executed applies. Fees vary depending on the coaching affiliation package chosen. IMAGE IDENTIFICATION/SIGN IN: You agree that your image will be taken when participating in Clubhouse`s application for the internal needs of the clubhouse. Members and guests must check in at the main bar when entering the clubhouse. Members must present their membership cards to their staff and may be required to deposit their membership cards in the register and/or deposit their cards in the card reader. Members cannot borrow their membership cards from anyone. We may require members and guests to present additional photo identification before entering the Clubhouse. Members must be reputable (i.e. paid to date) to be able to use The Clubhouse as a member. DRESS CODE/PERSONAL CONDUCT: Appropriate clothing and footwear are required at all times in the device. Barefoot is not acceptable anywhere in the Clubhouse. Inappropriate, bad and/or indecent language or behaviour is not acceptable and results in your membership being suspended.
GUEST RATES: As of December 1, 2019, all members who wish to play golf on our simulators can receive a guest prize of $25 per person/visit, at the discretion of management. Members are charged only up to a maximum of three people (maximum $75) per visit. CO-SIGNATURE: If a member is under the age of 18 at the time of acceptance of the terms of this agreement, a co-signer is required. Since Clubhouse did not agree to conclude this agreement without the co-signer`s commitments, the co-signer promised to pay all the sums due to Clubhouse as part of this agreement and to respect and respect all of the member`s promises and agreements. The co-signer`s promises and agreements are community-based and many with the MP`s promises and agreements. If more than one person signs this agreement as a co-signer, the promises are both joint and multiple. SUSPENSION/TERMINATION: Clubhouse may at any time suspend or terminate your membership due to a violation of this Agreement or for other reasons by communicating a written or oral notification of such termination, for or without reason. If Clubhouse leaves your membership, you must surrender your membership card immediately and you remain responsible for all unpaid contributions (including all monthly contributions and other fees on your behalf). If your membership is terminated by Clubhouse, you will not be reimbursed for the amounts paid under a type of membership. EXPIRY DATE AND DENIAL OF FEES ON YOUR PAYMENT CARD. When your payment card reaches its expiry date, your inability to cancel your monthly subscription is an authorization for Clubhouse to continue billing that payment card.
